The funeral was held at Robert W. Cleveland Funeral Home in Avondale, Pa.. Interment was in Union Hill Cemetery in Kennett Square, Pa.. He was the son of Webb and Lula Roten of Creston and was born Sept. 15, 1918. He is survived by his wife, Mae W. Roten of the home; 2 daughters, Carol and Ellen; 3 sons, Bill of Toughkenamon, Pa., Steve of Wheeling, W. Va. and Warren of Sarasota, Fla.; 8 grandchildren. Three sisters, Verna Blevins of Jefferson, Irene Heck of Oxford, Pa., Ruby Absher of Cedar Bluff, Va.; one brother Vance Roten of Creston. Two step-children, James Friley of Zionsville and Dolores Anne McGinnis of Gap, Pa.; several step-grandchildren; stepmother, Zella Roten of Warrensville; one half-brotehr Russell Roten of Raleigh; two half sisters, Shirley R.
