The bride is the attractive daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Jenkins, of Fig. She attended school at Riverview high school.
Mr. Weaver is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John A. Weaver, of West Jefferson and is connected here with the Dollar Service Station.
Both of them are well known in Ashe county.
